The Meaning of My Logo

When I made my logo, I wanted to include a few elements: a soft pink color, a floral element of some sort, and my name. The soft pink color is known to bring about a feeling of calm and kindness, two characteristics I value in my own life. When I see this light pink color, I get the same feeling I do when I look over my room right after I've cleaned it, if that makes sense. It's a feeling of serentiy. Then, the light pink rose conveys gentleness, happiness, and kindness. Every day, I try my best to treat others with kindness and empathy, so these soft pink colors, to me, symbolize what's important

Something else that is important to me in my logo is that the hand is a darker tan color. For a long time, I struggled with my identity, being adopted and becoming a part of tall, classically beautiful white people. Only recently, I have come to embrace the ways that I am different.

All of these elements together give meaning to my my logo and brand. I think that there should be meaning in everything you do, so even in something as mundane as a lifestyle blog, I want to keep my values of empathy, understanding, kindness, and happiness close.
